In my 26+ years in the real estate industry, I have seen many changes but, as in any service business, there is one constant that always remains - the need to provide good customer service. This business has become far more technical in terms of how it is managed and presented to the public, and many agents have gone the way of the dinosaur because they have been unwilling or unable to adapt.
I continue to enjoy being a part of this business, and I look forward to each experience, as well as the opportunity to meet new people. I feel it is important for me to do what I must to be relevant and to satisfy my clients' wants and needs in the best possible manner.
Age and experience has allowed me a greater understanding of the wants and needs of those I serve - from the first-time homebuyers who are both fearful and excited about the process of buying their first home, to the senior citizens who are often seeking to lessen the burden of home ownership by making the move into a condo or townhome.
